It's Critical: Let's try something new.


 When you have a disability like mine, pseudoseizures, the stress causes the seizures, and what little self-worth I’ve found just dissolves away. A doctor said to try and meditate daily. I wonder if it will help, I am going to start trying this because I just want the stress gone and the seizures to go away or at least improve. The main thing is I need more help with that image I see in the mirror of myself inside.

“You owe yourself the love you so freely give others.”

“You have been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.”

Let’s try these things together and see if they work:

1.       Meditate 10 to 30 minutes daily.

2.       Try to do 10 minutes of yoga daily.

3.       Keep a journal, write daily, even if it’s just a sentence.

4.       Walk, jog, something active 15-30 minutes daily.

5.       Listen to music, sing, hum, during stressful moments.

6.       Start blogging and/or vlogging even if it is just for yourself.

I’ve started journaling and blogging and plan on try to start a vlog. I’m starting meditation and beginners yoga. So I will starting everything with you and we will be working through this together.

Maybe my words will help others with low self-esteem, stress and maybe even some like me with a disability that cause more physical problems like myself. I started back up with my photography, I love nature and taking adventures and capturing those shots to show people the beauty I get to see helps with some stress.

Let’s keep this up together for mental, emotional, and for some physical health. I’m right here with you.
